The New York Knicks are compiling a Summer League squad that could yield a number of intriguing additions to the main roster. Between 2017 NBA Draft picks and undrafted acquisitions, the Knicks have made early strides in free agency.
The latest Summer League addition may further address the need for depth to be acquired at the two backcourt positions.
The Knicks have added the likes of Jamel Artis, Canyon Barry, Nigel Hayes, and Luke Kornet to the Summer League roster. All four of those additions speak to the need for improved perimeter play, including the big man, Kornet, who specializes in 3-point shooting.
