The New York Knicks have a logjam at the center position. Aside from starting the recently acquired Enes Kanter, the Knicks have yet to determine what to do with its laundry list of supporting players who are fighting for the remaining playing time.
While it’s far from uncommon to see a coach experimenting with his rotations, fans have made it clear that they aren’t happy to see Willy Hernangomez riding the pine.
Hernangomez played a combined four minutes during the first two games of the 2017-18 regular season. He’s since received an uptick in playing time, however, and has made the most of his opportunities to play.
