The expansion of the New York Knicks’ roster is continuing into August. New York built its Summer League roster with intentions to find long-term contributors, and is doing the same with its training camp crew.
Shortly after formally announcing the signing of combo guard Ron Baker, Phil Jackson made another move official.
Before moving forward, it’s important to note that these deals are intended to send players to training camp. They aren’t guaranteed to make the main roster, and New York can sign up to 20 players before having to cut the group down by five to 15.
