To begin the 2018-19 NBA season, the New York Knicks will have to get crafty, as they’ll be starting the season without Kristaps Porzingis. Porzingis will be sidelined by the ACL injury that he suffered 48 games into the 2017-18 season.
The Knicks could be looking to go with a smaller lineup without KP, similar to the season when Carmelo Anthony primarily played the 4.
With the additions of former Boston Celtics guard Kadeem Allen and former Portland Trail Blazers lottery pick Noah Vonleh, the Knicks will be looking to make even more changes to the roster after waiving Troy Williams not too long ago.
