The triangle offense has consistently yielded negative responses from fans of the New York Knicks. Of the multiple forms of criticism, none have been more consistent than the questions of why Phil Jackson isn’t coaching it himself.
It appears as though Jackson has heard the criticism and is responding by doing what fans are asking him to do.
It was previously reported that Jackson had led the guards in something of a triangle offense seminar. The goal of the exercise was to help the perimeter players develop a better understanding of how to execute the system.
