James Dolan had a history of being a little too hands-on when it came to basketball operations with the New York Knicks. However, with Hall of Fame head coach Phil Jackson in charge Dolan has taken a step back.
While appearing on Michael Kay’s radio show back in February, the 62-year-old businessman claimed he’s staying out of basketball operations. On Monday, he did the same thing during an appearance on Fox 5.
According to Ian Begley of ESPN New York, Dolan maintained his innocence in New York’s most recent front office missteps and passed the buck down to his subordinates.
