The tiebreakers for the 2019 NBA Draft Lottery happened after the regular season ended. The New York Knicks held sole possession of the League’s worst record, at 17-65, so they sit atop the lottery order, although the first three spots have an even 14 percent odds.
While the Knicks will eye their own placement in the lottery on May 14, the Dallas Mavericks are worth watching.
