New York Knicks: Malik Monk believes he can thrive in triangle offense

The New York Knicks recently hosted 2017 NBA Draft prospect Malik Monk for a pre-draft workout. The focus of the workout was determining how well he’d function in the triangle offense, and it was reinforced by a dinner with team president Phil Jackson.

While many have debated how well the triangle offense can function in the modern NBA, Monk isn’t quite as critical as New Yorkers have come to be.

Monk is currently ranked as the No. 6 overall prospect in the 2017 NBA Draft by DraftExpress, and the No. 7 overall prospect by Chad Ford of ESPN Insider.
