New York Knicks rookie, Kevin Knox, entered the NBA more known for his offense, and that went on display at Summer League with 21.3 points on 77 field goal attempts in just four games. This high volume of shots carried over from Kentucky, where he took just 11.9 shots in 32.4 minutes per contest.
Regular games against NBA talent will lead to different matchups for Knox, rather than fringe talents that mostly either play in the G League or take contracts overseas. At Monday’s open practice, he had a first glimpse of this, even against teammates in the Blue-Gray scrimmage.
