The New York Knicks have their fair share of faces in the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. Patrick Ewing, Walt “Clyde” Frazier, Willis Reed, Red Holzman and others received this honor in previous years, to celebrate what they did for the Knicks, other organizations and professional basketball.
On Friday night, the 2018 Basketball Hall of Fame ceremony transpired, with the latest group of players, coaches, executives and other figures to enter immortality. Steve Nash, Grant Hill, Rod Thorn, Ray Allen and Tina Thompson were among those celebrated.
Two former Knicks were part of the 2018 class, as Jason Kidd and Maurice Cheeks received their spot in the Hall of Fame.
