New York Knicks: Is Noah Vonleh the new Kyle O’Quinn?

After Kyle O’Quinn left to sign a one-year deal with the Indiana Pacers, it seemed the New York Knicks may have lost one of their most important bench pieces. O’Quinn’s leadership, energy, rebounding, and efficient scoring cemented him as a fan-favorite in New York, but the native New Yorker’s age seemed to be a major concern for the Knicks going forward.

The Knicks’ focus on youth has come into full swing as the average age on the team stands at 24.5 years of age. O’Quinn, 28, knew that his role would be diminished in favor of the youth movement, especially with the addition of former Hoosier forward Noah Vonleh.
