Frank Ntilikina had an opportunity to reclaim a starting spot with the New York Knicks upon Emmanuel Mudiay‘s shoulder injury. However, a groin ailment, soon after, stunted that and sent the Frenchman to the injured list on Jan. 27.
Nearly one month later, much has changed at point guard, including Kadeem Allen‘s rise, Mudiay’s return and Dennis Smith Jr.’s arrival.
It’s easy for a player to get lost in the shuffle, and Ntilikina is on that path; especially since the team does not know when he’ll return to the court, according to Greg Joyce of the New York Post.
