The first 13 games of the 2019-20 NBA season have passed for the New York Knicks. As always, it transpired with trials, tribulations, and controversy. From an awkward press conference to two dramatic wins over Kristaps Porzingis‘ Dallas Mavericks, this three-week stretch was hardly uneventful.
Most recently, the Knicks dropped a game that they should have against the Charlotte Hornets, 103-102, after leading by as many as 15 points. This brought coach David Fizdale’s team to a 3-10 record, which, as of Nov. 17, placed them 15th in the Eastern Conference.
So through this early, unlucky 13 stretch of games, what are the takeaways?
