The New York Knicks have spent the 2017-18 NBA regular season walking the thin line between a long-term rebuild and a push for the playoffs. That’s consisted of the Knicks featuring their veterans and providing limited—albeit consistent—opportunities to the younger players.
With the arrival of the 2018 NBA Draft, however, has come a unique opportunity to hit the reset button on the current rotation.
Head coach Jeff Hornacek recently stated that he plans to change his rotations during the week of the 2018 NBA All-Star Game. The general plan is to feature point guards Trey Burke, Emmanuel Mudiay, and Frank Ntilikina over the course of the final two months of the season.
