After months of experimenting with modern interpretations of offensive execution, the New York Knicks are bringing back the triangle offense. Though polarizing on the surface, New York is playing at a high level and has received an endorsement from the future face of the franchise.
Unfortunately, the starting point guard doesn’t appear to be as enthusiastic about the return of the triangle offense.
Derrick Rose is 24 games away from becoming an unrestricted free agent. With a change of system now arriving, however, the outspoken Rose will be forced to adjust to an offense that he hasn’t spoken very kindly of.
