The New York Knicks recently wrapped up a three-game road stand on the west coast, with matchups against the Los Angeles Clippers, Sacramento Kings and Phoenix Suns. They returned home Saturday afternoon for a tilt against the Kings.
However, there’s a short turnaround for the Knicks, as they must hit the road, again, for a multi-game trip to the middle of the country.
It starts with the Minnesota Timberwolves, who entered Madison Square Garden in February, sans Karl-Anthony Towns, and defeated New York, 115-104. It was behind 20 points from a revitalized Derrick Rose and a double-double from Taj Gibson.
