With the New York Knicks not having many home game this month, they had to get a home win against the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday night. Unfortunately, they looked flat for the most part.
Here are three takeaways from the game.
No one got hot
The Knicks looked very good against the Spurs in the first half, but they went flat in the second half as they went down by as much as 16 points.
To their credit, New York did cut San Antonio’s lead to eight points, but couldn’t break through.
Unfortunately, guys like Kristaps Porzingis, Courtney Lee and Michael Beasley couldn’t get hot enough to get a much needed home win.
