With Carmelo Anthony sitting on the baseline Sunday at the Garden to watch his Miami buddy, Dwyane Wade said the former Knicks star just needs to find the right fit to continue his career.
It is believed the Knicks got Anthony the ducats, showing no hard feelings remain from their divorce in September 2017. Wade and Anthony spoke Sunday morning, though it’s unclear if it was Wade’s idea for Anthony to come.
Technically, Anthony is on the Bulls’ roster after last week’s trade with the Rockets, but he’ll be waived once he finds a free-agent destination.
