The New York Knicks were already painfully thin at the point guard position, with Dennis Smith Jr., Frank Ntilikina and Kadeem Allen all out with injuries. Even Allonzo Trier, who has dabbled a bit at the point this season, is out. That leaves the ‘Bockers with a depth chart of Emmanuel Mudiay and the newly-signed Billy Garrett.
Uh-oh.
So Mudiay is out for Friday night’s contest with the Houston Rockets. Will this mean 48 minutes of Garrett, or is their a hero on the roster who can step up in this time of need?
