Marcus Morris’ apology for using terms such as “female tendencies” to describe Memphis antagonist Jae Crowder didn’t soothe the feelings of one WNBA star.
Las Vegas superstar Liz Cambage seemed startled regarding Morris’ sentiments about women after Wednesday’s mini-brawl at the Garden vs. Memphis.
On Twitter, Cambage, who once scored a record 53 points against the Liberty for Dallas, chimed in:
“Excuse me @MookMorris2?,” she wrote, before responding to Morris’ attempted Twitter apology. “What about you saying ‘its a mans game’ or ‘woman like.'”
Cambage then wrote “FEMALE TENDENCIES WINS GAMES THOUGH.
