A man charged in the robbery and shooting of Knicks forward Cleanthony Early was released Wednesday on a $100,000 bond after being locked up for four months — but not before getting a stern warning from a Brooklyn judge.
Delvon Dowling (inset), 22, was more interested in his family in the gallery than on heeding a federal judge’s instructions.
“Sir, you better pay attention or I’m going to reject this bond,” Judge Steven Gold scolded him. “It’s not a joke, it’s not funny. It’s probably the most important decision of your life.”
Dowling was arrested in April on unrelated charges when he admitted to being part of a crew that attacked Early last December outside a Queens strip club, sources said.
