Cheerio, Knicks.
Before they leave for London, the Knicks continued to decay, but at least they showed more fight than usual in the second half of their Sunday matinee against the 76ers, with major boosts from Kevin Knox and Luke Kornet.
While it seemed the Knicks were absorbing their usual beating against the Sixers, David Fizdale’s crew rallied in the third quarter from what had been a 24-point deficit. The Knicks got it down to one point after three quarters and got Joel Embiid ruffled before Philly (28-16) assumed command in a 108-105 victory.
