On Wednesday night, the New York Knicks will travel for a one-off road trip to face the Philadelphia 76ers. This is the first of four games between these teams this season, as two will take place at the Wells Fargo Center and the other two at Madison Square Garden.
The Knicks enter this game having won two of their last three games against the Dallas Mavericks and the Cleveland Cavaliers. While still just 4-10 and near the bottom of the NBA standings, perhaps they finally dug out of that early 2-9 hole. It may not result in frequently winning games, but staying more competitive, rather than teams consistently blowing them out.
