The New York Knicks intend to purchase a selection in the 2016 NBA Draft. The news was originally reported by Ian Begley of ESPN New York, who wrote of the Knicks’ interest in acquiring a pick in the second-round.
The Knicks have been actively meeting with prospects, and that evaluation process will continue this week.
According to Adam Zagoria of SNY.tv, the Knicks will host a workout for Iona Gaels star A.J. English on Thursday, June 2.
English was one of the prospects listed on Daily Knicks’ list of the best attainable point guards.
