The Knicks waived Ukrainian big boy Dmytro Skapintsev on Jan. 1 after trading for the trio of Raptors a couple of days earlier. The PR mob announced the move a day after it was initially reported by Fred Katz of The Athletic, probably just to give Dimo a nice entry to the New Year.
