On Monday, New York Knicks small forward Marcus Morris started out strong in the team’s initial preseason matchup. The veteran put up 17 points on the Washington Wizards before heading into the locker room. However, his impressive performance ended in the third quarter when referees ejected him.
Morris apparently wasn’t a fan of how Wizards guard Justin Anderson was guarding him. It prompted Morris to smack the ball off Anderson’s head, which led to the Flagrant 2 foul and an ejection. Because of this incident, the league could’ve very much taken action against Morris.
