Beyond the inability to land a top star, nothing bothered New York Knicks fans quite as much in 2015 as the organization not landing Maurice Ndour. That may sound odd, but Knicks fans routinely flooded comments sections with complaints.
A year later, the Knicks have acknowledged how brilliant Ndour was in Summer League by signing him to a multi-year contract.
New York appeared at the 2015 Las Vegas Summer League, and Ndour stole the show. His defensive energy was infectious, his offensive versatility was intriguing, and his 23-point eruption against the Philadelphia 76ers was endearing.
According to international basketball guru David Pick, the Knicks have signed Ndour to a fully guaranteed two-year deal.
