The New York Knicks have all but completed the 2016 period of NBA free agency. The players who will see the court in 2016-17 have been traded for, signed, or re-signed, with the only remaining task being the addition of end-of-the-rotation veterans who are good for the locker room.
With minimal cap space left to work with, New York has reportedly turned its attention to that specific task.
New York has its fair share of veterans on the roster already. Starters Carmelo Anthony, Courtney Lee, Joakim Noah, and Derrick Rose all have at least eight years of NBA experience, and both Brandon Jennings and Lance Thomas have spent extensive time in the Association.
