It has been nearly five months since Leon Rose took over as president of the New York Knicks. On the date he officially received his new title, the Knicks beat the Houston Rockets behind RJ Barrett’s best game as a professional. A lot has happened since then, mostly off the court.
Where Rose has been most busy is restructuring the front office. He hired cap specialist Brock Aller, scouting guru Walt Perrin, professional scout Frank Zanin, a prodigy scout in Alex Kline, and exercised the option for Scott Perry to return as general manager in 2020-21.
