Suns guard Devin Booker, who scored 41 points, looks to make a move during the Knicks' 107-96 loss Wednesday night.

PHOENIX — Knicks coach David Fizdale called this contest a shootout between two teams aching for wins.

“Two desperados,’’ Fizdale said before tipoff. “Fighting for crumbs on the table.”

The Suns proved not as crummy as the Knicks — faster, more talented, better ball-movers and already with a bust-out star in the fold.
Devin Booker scored 23 of his 41 points in the first half as Phoenix rallied from an 11-point deficit to blow out the Knicks, 107-96 and keep the visitors buried as the NBA’s worst team.
