New York Knicks fans won’t have to wait until the start of the 2023-24 NBA season to get to see Jalen Brunson in action again. Brunson has committed to rep Team USA at the FIBA World Cup in the Philippines this summer. Games will begin on Aug. 25 and will end on Sept. 10.
Brunson’s commitment to FIBA was reported simultaneously as Nets’ Mikal Bridges’ commitment. The Villanova duo will take the court together on the same team for the first time since their Wildcat days.
Other players that have announced their commitment are Anthony Edwards, Tyrese Haliburton, Austin Reaves, and Bobby Portis.
