New York Knick Mitchell Robinson, a former Chalmette High School basketball star, continues to give back to the community by hosting an annual basketball camp in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana.
This year marks the sixth iteration of the event, which takes place at the Val Riess Sports Complex in Chalmette. Mitch foots the entire bill, making the camp free for local youth.
Robinson uses this opportunity to share his skills and knowledge with aspiring young basketball players. The camp caters to boys and girls aged 9-17, providing them with structured learning that includes drill work, station training, and full-court games designed to improve their basketball abilities.
