When All-Star Sunday was over the Knicks had little show for it. Julius Randle had been knocked out in the first round of the skills competition. Obi Toppin fell short in the slam dunk contest. And then Randle, in his first appearance in the showcase game, played just 13 minutes, among the fewest of anyone in the All-Star Game.
