The New York Knicks are building the future of the organization around eight-time All-Star Carmelo Anthony and standout rookie Kristaps Porzingis. Through 41 games, that duo has given the Knicks more to be excited about than anyone could’ve expected in 2015-16.
Only one of the two may be available as New York begins the second half of the regular season.
With the 22-19 Memphis Grizzlies on the schedule for Saturday, January 16, both Anthony and Porzingis are question marks on the injury report. Anthony suffered an ankle injury on Tuesday, January 12, while Porzingis is battling a sore right shoulder.
