LAS VEGAS — The first 30-point game in the 2019 Las Vegas Summer League was still fresh Sunday night when the man responsible for it took a winding walk through the bowels of the Thomas & Mack Center.
The 20-year-old Knicks rookie had put on a show, complete with his trademark flair, to introduce himself to the NBA in just his second pro game. It added some extra responsibilities to his postgame schedule. After meeting with the media, he was escorted away to a trailer on the other side of the arena to get his face scanned so his likeness on a video game would be more realistic.
