The New York Knicks will share 14 percent odds with the Phoenix Suns and Cleveland Cavaliers to win the first overall pick in Tuesday’s 2019 NBA Draft Lottery. Until it happens, speculation for what they can do is broader, although Zion Williamson sits atop this class.
However, one of Williamson’s Duke teammates has New York’s eye, and it’s not RJ Barrett.
Per SNY’s Ian Begley, Knicks talent evaluators like Cam Reddish, the former No. 3 high school prospect in the nation and a top contributor on the Blue Devils’ Elite Eight team.
Begley added, this does not guarantee the Knicks target Reddish at the draft with a top five pick, but they are fans, nonetheless.
