The New York Knicks built a strong and deep training camp roster. One of the more exciting signings to that squad was former second-round draft pick and Georgetown Hoyas star DaJuan Summers.
Summers didn’t make the main roster, but he did receive the opportunity to play for New York’s D-League affiliate.
In three games with the Westchester Knicks, Summers averaged 25.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.3 3-point field goals made per game. He shot 54.4 percent from the field, 36.4 percent from 3-point range and 76.9 percent from the free throw line.
