Nerlens Noel was clearly pumped up to be back on the floor for the first time since Nov. 8.
The Knicks center, who has missed 11 of 16 games because of a sore knee, got so into Saturday's game against the Houston Rockets that he received a technical for yelling at an official from the bench in the first half.
It hasn’t been an easy start to the season for Noel. Entering Saturday night’s game, the 27-year-old has taken just nine shots all season after the Knicks brought him back on a three-year, $32 million deal.
Still, the Knicks are hoping he can get back to being the defensive force he was last season for the team when Mitchell Robinson was injured.
