The Knicks played their penultimate preseason game on Tuesday and cooked themselves another dub, the fourth in a row, to go 4-0 in exhibition games this fall after beating the Charlotte Hornets 111-105 inside MSG.
That was all good, even more considering it was an all-reserves game with both the starting five and second unit comprised of bench players. What wasn’t great was seeing Landry Shamet’s shoulder popping out and forcing him out of the game and, worst-case scenario, the Knicks roster for the regular season if New York opts to avoid carrying damaged goods into the campaign.
