A day after the Knicks missed out on the top names in NBA free agency, they reportedly continued to add mid-tier players.
The team agreed to a two-year, $16-million deal with shooting guard Wayne Ellington, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported Monday morning, citing agent Mark Bartelstein of Priority Sports.
This technically is Ellington's second stint with the Knicks. He came to New York on June 25, 2014, as part of the deal that sent Tyson Chandler and Raymond Felton to the Dallas Mavericks. However, he never appeared in a game for the Knicks and was traded on Aug.
