This evening, in their final appearance of the NBA Summer League, the New York Knicks (3-2) took on the Atlanta Hawks (0-5) at the COX Pavilion in Las Vegas.
Atlanta, led by Dylan Windler and Keaton Wallace, took an early 20-9 lead, but New York finished the first quarter on a 9-1 run. By halftime, New York led 43-38, thanks to Rokas Jokubaitis contributing seven points and four assists in the second quarter. New York continued their dominance through the third frame, and when the Hawks made a late push, backups Obadiah Noel, Sam Cele, and Alan Griffin performed admirably to close out the game.
