It was madness at MSG Sunday night as your New York Knicks stomped all over the Milwaukee Bucks, 130-110.
Yes, I’m referring to the same Bucks squad that has the NBA’s best regular-season record over the past two years. They got the crap kicked out of them...by the Knicks.
The Bucks are a big team, but their bigness was held in check by the frontcourt duo of Julius Randle and Mitchell Robinson. Julius put up insane numbers — 29 points, 14 rebounds, 7 assists — while thoroughly out-playing reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Mitch didn’t put up those kinds of numbers (9 points, 6 boards), but he was menacing in the painted area and threw down a dunk or two.
