Kevin Knox left Saturday’s game with a sprained ankle; X-rays negative

New York Knicks rookie Kevin Knox injured his ankle trying to convert on a fast break during the first half of Saturday’s game against the Boston Celtics. He appeared to roll the ankle before colliding with Boston’s Terry Rozier.

You can find footage of the ankle roll on the internet if you wish; I’m not posting it here, as it is too traumatic for me to look at again. My poor baby!

Knox couldn’t put any weight on ankle, and had to be helped off the court. Mitchell Robinson took Knox’s free throws, so the young forward is ineligible to return to the game.
