Kevin Durant is not likely to sign with the Knicks — currently not one of the six teams the former MVP is scheduled to meet with — but the summer’s biggest free agent is hosting suitors on the beach in their backyard.
According to multiple reports, the 27-year-old superstar forward will meet with teams this weekend in the Hamptons, inviting reps from the Thunder, Warriors, Spurs, Heat, Celtics and Clippers.
Durant is considering meeting the Knicks, but hasn’t yet added them to the list, despite the recruiting efforts of Carmelo Anthony, who went to dinner with the Thunder star last week.
