Kevin Durant is one of the latest superstars to respond to Phil Jackson‘s use of the word “posse” to describe LeBron James‘ business associates.
In an interview with ESPN journalist Chris Haynes, Durant agreed with James’s displeasure with the comment, telling Haynes he has “lost his respect for Jackson,” the current Knicks president. Durant added, “I see why James took offense to it, he doesn’t just put work on the court; he puts work off the court as well trying to set his kids up forever.”
While Durant was unhappy with the use of words by Jackson, he did add that he did not believe his words were racist, saying, “I don’t think Phil is racist.
