Following the coronation of the Boston Celtics and an eventful-but-underhyped NBA draft, the free agency officially opened on Sunday, June 30 at 6 p.m. ET... and it was rather underwhelming compared to years past.
Not a lot of earth-shattering deals were signed (or announced/reported) through Sunday, with most of the action still to unfold during the first days of July.
One of the players still available and up for grabs is New York Knicks unrestricted free agent center Isaiah Hartenstein, who might or might not re-sign with New York ahead of the 2024-25 season.
