Well, well if it isn’t my old nemesis, the Chicago Bulls. Chicago (2-8) has been somewhat of a mess so far this year. They’ve got Zach LaVine scoring 26.6 points per game and getting to the line nearly eight times a game. They are fifth in the league in 3-point percentage while firing off 30 of them a night. Yet, the Bulls just don’t get after it. Take for example Jabari Parker’s transition defense here:
That lack of intensity we hoped to see from Washington also plagues Chicago. Sadly maybe these teams see New York (3-7) coming and they figure they have a good chance of hauling down a win.
