Here comes Dwayne Wade for his final night at the Garden on Saturday, with one last ode to the mecca and one last assurance coach David Fizdale’s acumen will eventually get the job done with the Knicks.
The retiring Wade, 37, who called the Garden his favorite spot outside Miami’s AmericanAirlines Arena, worked with Fizdale for seven years with the Heat. And he said he believes Fizdale will turn the Knicks around and is cheering for him to land a big free agent with his big personality.
“We’ll see,’’ Wade said of Fizdale landing a star along the lines of Kevin Durant.
