Warriors forward Draymond Green, who had a spat with teammate Kevin Durant earlier this season, hopped on a plane and flew from San Francisco to New York this weekend with plans to visit the fallen superstar and check on his health, according to an NBA source.
Durant, who as a free agent would be able negotiate a deal with any team at 6 p.m. June 30, is in New York following surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery to repair his torn right Achiilles tendon, which will keep him out all of next season.
