In an attempt to show his relationships with Knicks alumni in the wake of the Charles Oakley ban, Knicks owner James Dolan sat with Latrell Sprewell — with whom he formerly feuded — and Bernard King during Sunday’s matinee against the Spurs at the Garden.
Also honored on the Garden Jumbotron were Larry Johnson, Bill Bradley, Kenny Walker, recovering alcoholic Vin Baker, Herb Williams and Gerald Wilkins. Dolan said on Friday he has a “a great relationship’’ with Knicks alumni, and the Oakley feud is “an anomaly.’’
Actually, Sprewell was the other ex-Knicks star who fought with Dolan.
